QUAD RACING COMES TO WORCS IN 2002--MAY 28

(5/28/2002)

WORCS Racing is very excited about the introduction of quad racing into our series. Quads kicked off at Laughlin, NV., Dec. 8-9th, 2002 and the exciting racing was very well received by the racers and race fans alike! We are starting with just two classes Pro and Amateur. Both classes are open to all displacements. Every racer must be at least 16 yrs old and provide proof of age at sign up and must also have a cut off switch and nerfbars to be eligible to compete in any WORCS event. Entries will be $100 Pro with 100% payback and $40 for Amateurs. Both classes will run together, Pros start first Amateurs next. Races will run for 60 minutes on courses that will include MX sections, combined with off road loops with varying terrain from woods to open desert.
