2011 POLARIS OUTLAW 50 ($1999)

The Polaris Outlaw 90 is CPSC-lead compliant, making it one of the few ATVs rated for 6-year-olds. It features a reliable 50cc powerplant with electronic throttle control and electric start. As 50s go, the Polaris is a performer. It’s slightly heavier than the Suzuki.
