DO YOU NEED TO SHIP YOUR QUAD?--JUNE 16

(6/16/2004)

(press release)

ShippingMasters Motorcycle Shipping Services negotiates with numerous motorcycle shipping and motorcycle transport companies to bring you the lowest cost motorcycle shipping, ATV shipping, and scooter shipping rates available. We are a US Department of Transportation licensed and bonded motor carrier broker (MC# 461199) and we booked over 1000 shipments last year. Shippingmasters was established in the year 2000. As a broker, we refer a large number customers to the motorcycle shippers we negotiate with, so we are able to offer you very competitive rates on your shipment. We can help you arrange reasonably priced motorcycle shipping, ATV shipping, and scooter shipping. Rate quotes are free. Rate quotes apply for 1 week from the time the initial quote is provided unless otherwise noted in the quote. If you decide to use our service, we collect a down payment (which is included in the quoted price) for each bike shipped. We then provide you with the name, address, and phone number of the low cost shipping company that we have negotiated your rate with or send you their contract by email. You then book your shipment directly with the shipping company and pay the balance of the shipping cost to the shipper. We are normally available 7 days a week to quote and/or book shipments, contact us anytime. Most uncrated motorcycle shipping, ATV shipping, and scooter shipping quotes are between $300-$675 with 1-4 week delivery. Container and/or crated motorcycle shipping, ATV shipping, and scooter shipping quotes using the standard sized container or crate are a minimum of $335 and a maximum of $550 (depending on shipping option selected and distance of shipment) with 2-3 week delivery for container shipping, 1 week delivery for crated shipping. The container shipping company provides a heavy duty aluminum container specifically designed for motorcycle transport, or you can provide your own crate if you prefer.

For customers who are buying or selling a bike, Shippingmasters now offers an optional independent third party document transfer service. We provide a safe means to transfer the payment and/or title for the bike between the buyer and the seller. See menu item Buyer/Seller Services for more information on the Shippingmasters transfer service. You do not have to use a shipper referred by Shippingmasters to use the Shippingmasters transfer service.

The shippers we negotiate with transport thousands of bikes each year and use various sized equipment to transport bikes. The vast majority of the shippers trailers either have liftgates or ramps so loading docks usually are not required. The majority of shippers only transport motorcycle, ATV's, and scooters so they are very familiar with handling these types of bikes. We have a number of regional, as well as nationwide shippers to choose from. All of the shippers we refer are established companies, and are DOT licensed carriers. Shippingmasters does not provide any insurance coverage for your shipment, the shippers we refer you to carry various levels of insurance coverage and are responsible for your bike once you book your shipment with them. All the shippers use a tracking system so you can track your shipment. We accept Visa/Master Card/Discover/American Express for the down payment. If you have questions, send us an email at sales@shippingmasters.com. www.shippingmasters.com
