Two-stroke quads & three-wheelers are machines you can’t buy new today. That’s why Dirt Wheels readers like to find these older machines and restore them back to their glory days. The Dirt Wheels crew is glad they do, and we like to show off their collections ever now and then.
This is Brett Rutherford’s collection that he’s proud of. On the far left is his YFZ450 from this century, but to the right are his two-stroke machines from the ’80s and early ’90s vintage. In order we see a green Kawasaki Tecate-4 250, Quadracer 250, Honda Pilot, Banshee, Quadzilla 500 and Honda TRX250R.
Jarod Hribar still rides his collection of vintage ATVs on a regular basis. He has three ’85 ATC250Rs, one ’86 ATC250R, one ’87 TRX250R, two ’88 TRX250Rs, one ’89 TRX250R, one ’85 Tri-Z250 and one ’86 ATC200X.
If you have a collection of ATVs that deserve to be in Dirt Wheels magazine and on the website here, then send us photos and info on them. Include your name, city & state and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
