ELECTRIC POLARIS RANGER GETTING CLOSER TO REALITY

We are six months away from the release of what may be the first electric UTV with modern technology.

Polaris is developing an all-new  electric Ranger utility machine with powertrain technology developed in conjunction with Zero Motorcycles.

Zero has been a leader in the E-Motorcycle world and a quick glance at some of their technology reveals they offer dirt and street bikes that have incredible specifications. Some of them include 140 lbs of torque, 230 mile range and 1 hour rapid charge time. Of course those numbers will certainly be adjusted for the additional size and weight of the larger full-size, Polaris Ranger verses a two wheeler. However, Polaris claims the power to weight ratio of the new E-Ranger is better than any other utility vehicle currently on the market.
