KING OF THE HAMMERS SETS NEW RACER ENTRY RECORD

On pace to double the racer count record set in 2022

If you haven’t been to King of the Hammers, you’re arguably missing out on the greatest racing event of the year for spectators. Starting in late January, Hammertown, located in Johnson Valley, California, becomes a small city of RVs, vendors, taco trucks, big tents and the gnarliest racecourse in North America. The event includes motorcycle, side-by-side, rock buggy, class 11 VWs and production class racing – nonstop for two weeks!

In 2022, King of the Hammers set a record with 550 total race entries. As of February 6th, and with five days of racing to go, the 2023 racer entry count stood at 946 – nearly double the previous year and still climbing.
