2011 SUZUKI KINGQUAD 500AXi ($7699)Suzuki heralds the KingQuad 500 as a new model for 2011. 2011 SUZUKI QUADSPORT 250

2011 SUZUKI QUADSPORT 250 (2009 model, $4199)Suzuki aimed its 250 at the rider who might have a little experience, but you can still consider it if you’re a rank beginner. It has an automatic clutch with a five-speed gearbox. Starting is electric, and the price is reasonable for a Japanese quad. In performance, the only […]

2011 SUZUKI KINGQUAD 400ASi/400FSi

2011 SUZUKI KINGQUAD 400ASi/400FSi ($6199/$6099)For 2011, Suzuki gave the KingQuad 400 fuel injection. It also does away with the oddball twin-shock swingarm rear suspension in favor of IRS. 2011 SUZUKI KINGQUAD 450AXi

2011 SUZUKI KINGQUAD 450AXi ($6999)In 2010, this was Suzuki’s only new quad. It’s back as a carry-over model, with its 454cc, liquid-cooled motor. It has fully independent suspension, push-button 4WD, a continuously variable transmission with reverse and a polyethylene skid plate that provides front-to-rear rock protection.

2011 SUZUKI OZARK 250

2011 SUZUKI OZARK 250 (2009 model, $3899)The Ozark 250 might not look like the QuadSport Z250, but under the racks and the utility bodywork, the workings aren’t that different. Both are powered by a 249cc air-cooled motor, and both have a five-speed gearbox with reverse. The Ozark has less suspension travel and larger overall dimensions.

2011 SUZUKI QUADSPORT Z50

2011 SUZUKI QUADSPORT Z50 (2009 model, $1899)Suzuki’s little 50 might well be the perfect machine for the beginning quad rider. It’s rated Y6, which means your kid can eat it whole and probably get more nutrition than from Captain Crunch. It has a throttle limiter as well as electronically limited top speed. A tether allows […]

2011 SUZUKI QUADRACER R450

2011 SUZUKI QUADRACER R450 (2009 model, $8099)Even though Suzuki doesn’t technically call this a 2011 model, the injected 450R is still one of the most sophisticated quads in the sport world.
