Richard’s unwavering determination to bring his vision to life led to the creation of a stunning Blaster resto/mod. This project became a necessity as Yamaha had stopped producing this quad back in 2006. Richard was adamant about having a new Blaster with some updated features and decided to build one himself. This allowed him to handpick all the components that he felt would create the ultimate quad. The end result was a beautiful machine that reflected Richard’s vision.

The coolest thing about Richard’s Blaster resto/mod was the rear swingarm. It was custom-made and three inches longer than the original, making it super steady. Richard even told denniskirk.com that the swingarm is all one piece and has a torsion chain adjuster so he can tweak the chain tension just right. That’s attention to detail!

Less of a Frankenstein build and more of a thoughtful idea that turned out as pretty as we’ve seen in a Blaster resto/mod.
