NEW KAWASAKI 700 V-FORCE DEBUT–MARCH 5
Kawasaki has set the ATV world on fire with the release of their all new, 700cc, V-twin, liquid-cooled, four-stroke V-Force sport quad. This 2004 model high performance machine is the biggest and baddest quad in the history of the industry. It comes with a fully automatic transmisssion, including a reverse gear and uses a belt driven trans with shaft final drive. The V-Force looks to change the sport industry by making a truly competitive large displacement four-stroke available with an automatic transmission.
Sure, Polaris started the whole automatic transmission revolution with their Scrambler and Sport series vehicles, but the new Kawasaki V-Force is the first serious sport quad aimed squarely at the high performance crowd. Even the chassis on the new V-Force was designed to carry the 700cc V-twins weight low in the frame and handle on a par with the current crop of high performance and sport ATVs. Check out the April 2003 issue of Dirt Wheels for a complete test of this exciting new vehicle from Team Green
