POLICE SEND MESSAGE ABOUT STREET RIDING
Authorities in Hartford, Connecticut are sending a clear message about joy riding on the streets and in area parks. Efforts would have been better spent auctioning off the machines to areas with legal trails bringing in tens of thousands of dollars into the city coffers. Connecticut is a very liberal run state and has almost no legal OHV trails so we don’t expect much from the leaders to know much in the off road arena.
