Choosing the Outlander XT 570 over the Outlander 570 will get you Can-Am’s Tri-Mode Dynamic Power Steering, a 3,500-pound-rated Warn winch, painted plastic, heavy-duty (Front) and (Rear) bumpers and wind deflectors on the handlebars. The bigger-bore Outlander lineup lets you choose the 62-horespower 650 or the 78-horsepower 850. There used to be three big-bore versions of the Outlander with Tri-Mode DPS, but only the 850 and 650 remain. Both models offer nearly the same features of the non-DPS Outlander 850 and 650 with the chief difference being the power steering, which is well worth the additional dollars. Giving the XT-P versions of the Outlander a superior ride are four Fox 1.5 Podium QS3 shocks. It might not seem like the 38-horsepower Rotax 427cc engine could power the two-seat 6×6, but you would be surprised at how capable this ATV is. Powered by a 31-horsepower, four-stroke single-cylinder engine, the CForce 400 is a compact workhorse that tows 620 pounds with its standard 2-inch receiver hitch and carries 75 pounds on the (Front) rack and 150 pounds on the (Rear) rack. One of two single-seat quads in its ATV lineup, the Forge 400i offers a 393cc four-stroke, single-cylinder engine paired to a CVT and on-demand four-wheel drive. This ATV has a (Front)-rack capacity of 44 pounds and (Rear)-rack capacity of 77 pounds. Its tow rating is listed at 1,200 pounds. It definitely has a lot of value and features for the price.

Honda’s Rancher line has six variations of the Rancher in the 4×4 segment­—something for any 4×4 rider. All six have a 420cc liquid-cooled engine and independent double-wishbone (Front) suspension. From there, the options are wide open: manual shift, dual-clutch automatic or electronic-shifting, EPS, solid (Rear) axle or IRS.

Kawasaki’s big-bore Brute Force 750i offers model choices: the 750 4x4i, 750 4x4i EPS and 750 4x4i EPS Camo. All three have the same powerful V-twin engine with the EPS version coming with electric power steering and the Camo version with Realtree Xtra Green Camo coloring. The combined rack capacity is 264 pounds.
