READERS’ HONDA ATC350X
Before there were quads everyone rode 3-wheelers. Most people bought Hondas and the ATC250R 2-stroke was the king. However, some people preferred 4-strokes, so Honda came out with the ATC350X. It had the largest engine ever in a mass-produced 3-wheeler and was a favorite machine for many riders back then. In fact, it is still sought out today as a popular ATC to restore and keep in good running order. We feel fortunate to have Dirt Wheels readers who do a good job of that. Here are several:
This 1986 Honda ATC350X belongs to Rhett Patzner in Iowa. He enjoys taking it down to Oklahoma and riding the Little Sahara Sand Dunes.
Stephen Webb did a good job of restoring his 1986 Honda ATC350X and he enjoys riding the woods with it on a regular basis.
Pismo Beach, California is where Mike Delfraisse likes to ride his 1986 Honda ATC350X. His buddy rides a TRX250R of the same year which adds to the vintage ride day experience.
