WHAT IS A SOKOL ATV?

It’s part Bigfoot, part Sherp amphibious vehicle and goes by the name SOKOL ATV (so cool). There are actually 4 models to choose from and they cost around $20K. While we haven’t confirmed which model will float we have uncovered some specs for you. It looks like the machine is powered by 1.5L or 1.8L Toyota engine. The solid axle drivetrain under the Sokol ATV comes from Suzuki perhaps from the old Samurai platform. As far as we can tell, the machines are made in Russia and sold in Europe with no U.S. dealers. However, we are sure, if there’s enough demand, someone like Argo might pick up the brand like they did the Sherp and start importing them into the United States. We would love to see one these at the next HighLifter Mud Nationals event. The website https://russian-suv.com claims they ship world wide so, we might see one this year at Mud Nats.
