Back in the early days of quads the dirt bike riders just assumed that their 2-wheelers were superior to 4-wheelers for off-road riding. That attitude began to be challenged when the new high-performance 450 quads arrived. The Dirt Wheels crew felt like the speed difference wasn’t as great as the dirt bike guys thought and we set out to prove it.
