READER’S RIDES: Tricked out TRX450Rs!

The ATV world became a better place in 2004 when Honda introduced its all-new TRX450R. Since then it has been the basic tool for high-performance off-road riding on four wheels. Just about every aftermarket manufacturer has something for this popular Honda, which provides its owners with plenty of options on how to make their quad even better.

On every trail and riding park you go to, you’ll see Honda 450Rs roosting and wheelying by, and very few will be box stock. The photos of the 450Rs you see here provide a good example of that. For the next few issues of Dirt Wheels we’ll focus on other machines that our readers ride. So, send us some photos of your quad and provide some info on what all you’ve done to it, along with your name, city and state. E-mail it to dwletters@ hi-torque.com and type in “Readers’ Rides” in the subject heading.
